The objective of the Artificial Intelligence Training is to equip Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) with the knowledge and tools to enhance their efficiency, amplify their impact, and drive innovation by improving data-driven decision-making, streamlining operations, enhancing service delivery, strengthening fundraising and advocacy efforts, and fostering creative solutions to social challenges.

Hope Behind Bars Africa faced operational challenges common to many NGOs, including limited resources and capacity constraints. To overcome these hurdles and enhance productivity, the organization required specialized Artificial Intelligence training to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency across its team.

During the second phase of the Data2Deals Project, the Workforce Training and Development Unit of BFG Global Consulting LLC carried out comprehensive research and needs analysis to identify NGOs seeking a competitive edge in the fast-evolving digital landscape to enhance their social impact. Through this initiative, we connected with Hope Behind Bars Africa and provided tailored AI training designed to support their mission and maximize their operational effectiveness.
